HIGH VISIBILITY Regional General Manager ROLE with a national family owned innovative and growing organization in the specialty building materials industry!

The TRG Growth Practice engaged with a client to identify a Regional General Manager - to drive company growth and market share in the Northwest.

The ideal candidate should have a proven background in distribution channel sales and development specific to contractors and builders. Be in control of your career growth in this entrepreneurial role and have the acknowledgement from senior leadership as a result of successfully developing and executing strategy to drive market share, product mix and profitability in a marketplace critical to company growth targets.

We are looking for a leader who leads from the front and values coaching &developing internal talent as well as has a passion for new business development.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree

· Wholesale distribution experience

· Proven background in new business development & team leadership
