Regional Operations Manager – Washington State (Seattle, Spokane, and surrounding)


Endodontic Practice Partners is growing! In anticipation of this growth, we are seeking a Regional Manager who will oversee approximately 6 to10 locations in Washington State - providing general business support and superior customer service to their team members by guiding and supporting them through many operational functions.


Our ideal Regional Manager candidate will possess strong business acumen and proven leadership skills to implement efficiencies and internal systems that ensure continued practice growth while creating a caring environment for our patients. This person will assist the clinical team in day-to-day practice operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the administrative operations of 6 to 10 endodontic locations including but not limited to goal achievement, daily and monthly reporting, accounts receivable, patient refund process, and patient service issues.
  • Other projects as assigned.
  • Support doctors' relationships with referring providers in the area (working with Marketing Department, doctors, and the practice's front office staff).
  • Review and approval of practices paid time off and payroll.
  • Motivate and lead staff with team building activities, conflict resolution, and the ability to make strong decisions.
  • Assist front office staff with accounts receivable as necessary.
  • Manages practices' productivity and profitability; monitor and interpret profit and loss statements for each practice while developing methods to increase revenue and maintain expenses.
  • Directly supports endodontists in every practice by suggesting and implementing efficiencies and communicating effectively with the support center team.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching team members, and performing annual employee reviews.
  • Assist COO with annual budget process for assigned region.
  • Responsible for practice's OSHA and HIPAA compliance.


Qualifications

  • Capability to travel to multiple locations in your assigned area
  • High level of maturity, personal ambition, and sound judgement
  • Working knowledge with dental procedures, terminology, and dental insurance submission
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment - prioritization, quick action, and follow through is critical for success in this role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, be dependable, have extraordinary interpersonal skills, and encompass the strong ability to problem solve
  • Ability to travel in the Washington State (Seattle, Spokane, and surrounding areas) up to 80%
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in multi-practice dental office management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
