The Regional Finance Director will oversee financial processes for multiple brands within the organization. The Regional Finance Director will also act as a liaison with finance and functional business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to budget process for assigned brands by collaborating with FP&A leadership
• Influence clinic accounting group
• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements and financial data to functional business leaders and present results to brand management
• Develop and maintain relationships with brand executives
• Integrate acquisitions and de novos into the company’s financial systems and processes
• Own the accuracy of the balance sheet of each brand and legal entity
• Develop and maintain reporting which helps management evaluate business performance
• Continuously assess internal systems and processes for opportunities to improve
• Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency in company standards and processes
• Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationship with cross-functional leaders

Qualifications

• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience required, including experience in a corporate accounting or finance environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Experience leading or influencing a team required

Competencies

• Change agent with continuous improvement mindset
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams
• Experience in using ERP and reporting systems, especially NetSuite
• Advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Front Desk Medical Receptionist Job Summary

• Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
• Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
• Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
• MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
