- Contribute to budget process for assigned brands by collaborating with FP&A leadership

- Develop and maintain relationships with brand executives
- Integrate acquisitions and de novos into the company’s financial systems and processes
- Own the accuracy of the balance sheet of each brand and legal entity

- Continuously assess internal systems and processes for opportunities to improve

- Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationship with cross-functional leaders
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience required, including experience in a corporate accounting or finance environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience leading or influencing a team required
- Change agent with continuous improvement mindset
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams
- Experience in using ERP and reporting systems, especially NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP

- Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
- Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
- Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
- MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
