Americas Program Director Jobs

The Program Director is accountable to lead and maintaining focus on current, new (including pursuit), and past model platforms. Individual is responsible forward, and past model programs. Individual will be expected to work with the POL leadership team to develop and execute programs both within budget and on a timely manner meeting all multiple customer and POL milestones.
Establish and maintain strong, positive customer relationships – including the OEM Purchasing, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality
departments.
Develop and implement program plans to meet both Customer and POL quality, cost and timing objectives.
Manage and implement the ongoing change management process for all programs.
Report regularly on program performance to maintain visibility with the POL Leadership team.
Lead teams that are spread globally and across the functions
Oversee internal operating system processes and procedures for project teams
Develop and implement strategy and pursuit plans to achieve new business targets.
Meet or exceed project objectives and customer deliverables in terms of quality, profitability, cost, timing and resource planning

• Launch experience and/or manufacturing experience is desired
• Experience interfacing with product development and customer is required, including demonstrated ability to manage globally customer expectations and decision making process. Experience leading a cross-functional team, ideally an international cross-functional team
