Associate Regional Director - Multiple Regions Available

Summary

The vision of East-West is to glorify God by multiplying followers of Jesus in the spiritually darkest areas of the world. The mission of East-West is to mobilize the Body of Christ to evangelize the lost and equip local believers to multiply disciples and churches among the unreached.

The Associate Regional Director will serve a particular and designated region of the world to coordinate the field's ministries, strategies, finances, and mobilization initiatives in an effort to enhance current efforts and spark new ones. This individual will help initiate new ministries, oversee the execution of annual field ministry plans and shepherd and develop field personnel, both ex-pat and national partners. Additionally, this position mobilizes resources for projects and oversees the annual budget planning for the field, evaluating ministry activity to determine which are most effective for funding purposes.

We are currently looking for people to serve the following regions:

• Africa
• Central Eastern Europe
• Latin America
• Central Asia
• North Eastern Europe
• North America
• South Asia

This is a fully support-raised position.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel overseas at least 4 weeks a year
• Demonstrates teaching, leadership, and shepherding skills
• Experienced in training national leaders and cross-cultural church planting, preferred
• Ability to relate and communicate cross-culturally
• Ability to raise personal support as well as develop and manage departmental budget
• Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• BA degree preferred
• Demonstrates strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Experienced in cross-cultural ministry, preferred
• Ability to institute and evaluate effective ministries
