Regional Director, Network Management

How this role will have an impact?

The Regional Leader, Network Management leads a Regional Provider Recruitment team responsible for bringing new providers into the network and managing availability for their pool of Providers based on scheduling and location needs.

This position will report to the SVP, Network Management.

What Will You Do?

• Directly manage a team responsible for attracting new and engaging with existing Provider (MD, DO, NP, and PA) talent to fill needed availability for in-home health evaluations
• Set goal targets for region and deliver results utilizing reporting, analytics and strategic initiatives
• Continuously innovate to stay ahead of market trends, creating a best in class experience for Providers
• Inspire and drive revenue impacting work using data to manage team performance
• Responsible for leading the overarching strategic initiatives set forth by the SVP, Network Management.
• Recruit, train and coach regional recruiting team
• Develop strategy and drive execution to deliver volume and location of talent needed
• Work cross functionally with a broader team (scheduling, capacity, and onboarding) to create and manage a seamless and efficient recruitment and scheduling experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
• Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience in marketing or campaign efforts to increase visibility and pipeline
• 6+ years experience leading a team
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills
• 8+ years of related experience in Provider recruitment preferably in a staffing company environment
• Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
