Position Overview:

We are hiring a Director/Vice President of Asset Management to oversee execution of the business plans for our outpatient healthcare real estate platform. The candidate will work alongside the firm’s Principals and will have responsibility for the financial and operational performance of a rapidly growing portfolio of outpatient medical office buildings. The candidate will work closely with the firm’s Principals, the Investments team and our Capital Partners throughout the acquisition process. This role will then be responsible for the financial and operational performance of each asset, while providing regular reporting on the status of each asset to the firm’s Principals, Lenders, and Capital Partners. This position will report directly to the firm’s Principals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of 3 rd Party Property Management partners.
• Responsible for oversight of brokerage relationships and all leasing activity at each property.
• Develop market expertise related to macro-economic and demographic trends, health system activity, competitive healthcare real estate landscape, current and future development projects, and any additional relevant data that better informs our investment and asset management initiatives.
• Drive the financial and operation performance of each asset.
• Participate with the acquisition team on asset acquisitions, due diligence, and closings.
• Work closely with our capital and lending partners to provide timely property and portfolio level reporting.
• Develop and oversee the annual budget and business plan for each asset.
• Lead and develop all Asset Management functions for the organization.
• Work with investment team on preparation of materials for all financing activity.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills and ability to perform detailed property level analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5-8 years of experience in CRE Asset Management.
• Strong proficiency in Argus, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Yardi, etc.
• Must be a team player comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Ability to work independently, think critically and provide a strategic perspective across the organization.
• Experience with multi-tenanted real estate, preferably in office, medical office, industrial or other similar sectors.
• Must be willing to travel, primarily throughout the northeast.
