Job Description

Summary:
In this role, you will work with limited supervision to provide on-site dedicated service provider for our hospital provider. You will collaborate with the Regional Director to offer outstanding service and support to a Pediatric Institution. You will identify savings opportunities in the supply chain setting, increasing the client’s utilization of supply chain contracts and programs, and will make recommendations of products and solutions. You will be onsite at the member hospital in Atlanta, GA one week per month.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Vizient competitiveness and position as a trusted advisor by informing provider of industry trends and associated Vizient capabilities.
  • Lead on-site analysis in daily responsibilities and respective projects as needed.
  • Facilitate sales targeting for suppliers.
  • Ensure provider is maximizing the use of Vizient analytics tools through education.
  • Facilitate implementation of contracts to ensure maximum value gained from the provider account plan by tracking savings, reporting, and providing resolution.
  • Partner with product advisors to ensure provider utilization of tools in order to maximize value and use output to support provider plan.
  • Develop moderate to complex analytics (pricing and benchmarks) to assist member with contract programs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities including signing of LOCs/LOPs, identification of sign off of savings, and documenting in savings plan.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess strong client facing skills and have prior group presentation experience.
  • Relevant degree preferred. Master’s degree desired.
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience. Sales or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Experience working with complex health care/hospital clients with multiple sites desired.
  • Advanced Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong conflict resolution skills required.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$77,400.00 - $115,050.00
