Regenerative Surgical Regional Director

The Regenerative Surgical Regional Director is responsible to manage the Company’s sales employees and sales activities in the assigned territory (defined below) according to the strategy set by the Company. The Regenerative Surgical Regional Director’s contact and administrator at the Company will be the Company’s Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations.

Essential Functions

• Supervise, manage and assist the RSSs located in the Territory to maximize sales of the Company´s products
• Support and work with Company to develop and constantly refine Kerecis' go to market strategy as may from time to time be provided to you by the Company
• In coordination with the EVP of Commercial Operations, set sales targets for individual RSSs and the RSS team located in the Territory as a whole
• Report RSS team status to supervisor as required
• Capture new accounts and nurture existing business with current and potentially three (3) additional Regenerative Surgical Specialists (“RSSs”) within a specified territory, as the same may be adjusted from time to time by the Company
• Solve customer relation issues
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts with Legal Department
• Sell and manage revenues consistent with targets given by Company
• Produce revenue monthly and rolling 3 monthly forecasts each week based on CRM data
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports
• Maintain all information in Kerecis' CRM system, and enforce usage of CRM by RSSs
• Assist with identifying and qualifying potential candidates for future positions in Kerecis
• Provide product design input
• Perform other similar duties identified by Company
• Develop business with major customer accounts yourself
• Provide feedback regarding employee performance and assist in RSS performance reviews as requested
• Keep up to date with products and competitors
• Forge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to evangelize Kerecis products
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the terms of the Company’s Employee Handbook
• Advise Company regarding reimbursement issues
• Monitor the RSS team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compile and analyze sales figures in the Territory, report to EVP of Commercial Operations

Secondary Functions

• Advise on company strategy
• Recommend new corporate processes where needed
• Follow market developments
