Role Description

The Regional Director will be responsible for the overall operations of 5 schools. This is a full-time on-site role and requires the Regional Director to report to the office in New Bern, NC. The role includes developing and executing strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations, leading and managing a team of school directors and managers, and ensuring compliance with all regulations related to education.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the education industry
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Ability to develop and execute operational strategies with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
