About the Role
We are seeking a hungry, organized, and dependable Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our company's success by helping us to recruit the best talent in the world as quickly as possible. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline recruitment processes and procedures
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and other recruitment channels
- Assist in organizing other recruitment-related events and activities
- Ensure our applicant tracking system (ATS) is always up-to-date and can be used as a single source of truth for the recruiting pipeline
- Arrange travel accommodations and logistics for out-of-town candidates as necessary
- Prepare and distribute reports and metrics on recruitment activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Conduct pre-employment checks, including background checks and reference checks, and ensure all necessary documentation is collected
Ideal candidate profile:
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar role
