Job Description
Bradley Harris & Associates has been actively recruiting in the senior living industry for 12+ years, and we’re growing.
We are looking for a positive and welcoming individual to be on the front lines of recruiting helping fill our ‘Recruiting Coordinator’ position.
Have you ever found yourself in a social media rabbit hole scrolling LindedIn, Instagram or Facebook?
Do you have a proclivity for connecting with people through various forms of conversation, including phone, email and text?
Do you enjoy working with fun people (that’s us) who get the job done and prioritze growth and sanity?
You will be an integral part of initialising contact with candidates, assisting with scheduling interviews for clients and updating details that help identify top players in the industry.
Articulate verbal communication and strong people skills are a must.
We require a responsible individual to perform a variety of recruiting duties and needed tasks.
Duties of the Recruiting Coordinator include providing support to our recruiting teams and assisting in daily administrative activities.
Recruitment Responsibilities Include
Researching Candidates
Contacting Candidates
Scheduling Interviews
Nurturing the DataBase
Prepare & Post Jobs Internally
Contact candidates over the phone to discuss their professional experience and gauge their interest in working with Bradley Harris & Associates to pursue job opportunities
Work to create and execute effective search strategies
Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals around calls made and interviews scheduled
Administrative Responsibilities Include
Maintain, Update Candidate Files
Assisting with Daily Tasks
Attend Daily Standups
Maintain Schedules
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Professional, articulate phone etiquette.
Proficient use of computers and smartphones.
Proficient use of social media platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Github
Proficient use of Google WorkPlace including Google Docs, Slides & Sheets
Ability to schedule meetings/interviews/events on shared calendars.
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Preferred
Familiarity with recruiting practices and stages preferred (research, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling).

As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for engaging candidates and recruiting them to interview with Bradley Harris & Associates.
You play a critical role in supporting our recruiting teams by identifying strong candidates who can be presented to current or future job opportunities with our clients.
