Position Summary

We are looking for a Campus Events Coordinator to join our fast-growing team! The Campus Events Coordinator will help plan and execute promotional events and activations that drive brand awareness and deliver measurable results. This position reports to the Campus Events Manager and works collaboratively with individuals throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

• Create informative yet engaging communications such as presentations and blog posts
• Help manage all aspects of events including pre-event coordination, onsite event execution, and post-event report creation
• Track expenses and maintain inventory
• Grow our ambassador community by maintaining a high level of engagement
• Manage event setup, breakdown, and follow-up
• Perform other duties as needed
• Handle logistics pertaining to the events, including communicating with vendors, negotiating, and securing event space, and purchasing/returning materials

Skills and Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
• Experience in Graphic Design is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• At least 2 years of event planning or relevant experience with brands or with successful college events programs
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Adept at networking & interacting with our target audience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• A team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $19.96 - $28.21 hourly
