Recruitment Team Lead

Overview:

We are working with UK based Life Sciences Staffing Firm with offices across the US. They work across Biotech, Pharmaceuticals and Med Device and focus on direct hire roles. As a fast paced and constantly expanding organization, they are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 recruiter to join them as a Team Lead for their Med Device Team in their San Diego Office

Responsibilities:

• Take on a an existing team from day 1 and conduct management responsibilities.
• Run own desk sourcing candidates / new business and clients to work with
• Work with leaders within the business to help navigate growth stratergy
