Recruiting Sourcing Specialist - Creative

About the role

The Recruiting Sourcing Specialist – Creative will assist in the process of sourcing, and referring applicants for positions across multiple fashion, home, and beauty brand, with a focus on product related and creative roles.

This role must demonstrate authenticity when interacting with applicants, always keeping candidate experience top of mind. This person must demonstrate the ability to think creatively with out-of-the-box methods to find quality talent through various innovative means when needed. They will partner and build effective relationships with internal teams and client partners.

Responsibilities

•Assist the full-cycle recruitment for client’s corporate and retail positions by sourcing and referring applicants with a focus on product and creative roles within the area of fashion.

• Source potential candidates using a variety of tools including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates

• Act as a business partner to internal teams and hiring managers by understanding the required skill sets and intricacies for each job profile to successfully assess the expertise and culture fit.

• Assist requisitions and applicant workflow in the ATS by keeping data up to date

• Partner with internal teams and Client's Hiring Managers to coordinate interview scheduling

• Research and stay abreast of brands in the marketplace

• Assistant in Business development with in the area of Fashion

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience with high-volume recruitment efforts.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Excellent communicator

• Strong administrative capabilities with an attention to detail

• Possess a wide range of experience on current external recruiting practices and market trends.

• Understanding of the product creation process or a keen interest in learning

• Knowledge of Brands in the areas of Fashion, Home and Beauty
