  • Utilize technology to track and engage with diverse candidates.
  • Continuously explore new sourcing options and create innovative approaches to attract diverse candidates.
  • Conduct candidate prescreening, interviews, and deliver diverse candidates that meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and IDEA TA manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Use data to identify key performance indicators and measure the success of diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Provide talent market insights using available resources.
  • Research and target multiple industries and talent pools for assigned roles.
  • Provide expertise and coaching to TA teams on diverse sourcing methodologies and practices.
  • Collaborate with Diversity Recruiting Program Leader to implement key workforce diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage with passive diverse candidates for current and future roles.
  • Invest time in activating diverse passive candidates through highly engaged approaches.
  • Develop effective relationships with potential candidates through networking and engagement.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of diverse sourcing experience
  • Effective project management skills, including prioritization and follow-through.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of applying judgment and achieving critical priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion trends and best practices.
  • 3+ years of diversity experience in recruiting
  • Proficient in headhunting, cold-calling, talent mapping, and other sourcing techniques.

  • Human Resource certification is a plus and/or Recruitment Certification.
  • Proven consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Capable of making decisive decisions and constructively pushing back when necessary.
  • Skilled in identifying and assessing diverse candidates for relevant roles within applicable markets.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
