Overview:
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.

The Recruiting Program Coordinator is an integral part of the recruiting team. This role is responsible for managing job postings, leading our community outreach initiatives, diversity recruiting strategy and execution, Talent Acquisition (TA) related reporting and analysis, and other compliance tasks such as background/education/credential tracking.
Responsibilities:
Reporting and Compliance
  • Provide onboarding and administrative suppor to Talent Acquisitio. Work closely with HROps with onboarding process.
  • Background / education / credential checks tracking.
  • Reconcile and process expense reports for procards.
  • Verify vaccination compliance for new hires.
  • Collaborate with recruiting leads to document processes, update the recruiting SharePoint site, maintain accurate and complete documentation for compliance.
Strategy
  • Identify new opportunities and best practices as it relates to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) recruiting strategy.
  • University/College/Professional Organization outreach.
  • Career Fairs and External Partnerships (career fair registration, attendance monitoring, ROI, prepare booth materials and other supplies, travel coordination).
General
  • Monitor and respond to recruiting inquiries from the general recruiting inbox.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support for executive recruiting (posting, travel coordination, expenses).
Qualifications:
  • Experience organizing recruiting events preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong examples of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to self-direct.
  • Three years' experience recruiting coordination experience, other program coordination experience, or operational experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
In addition to job duties at Fred Hutch, this position also requires access to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, which requires COVID-19 vaccination without exceptions.
Accordingly, as a condition of employment for this Fred Hutch position, newly hired employees must provide proof of vaccination before their first day of employment.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $28.89 to $41.14 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance health, well-being, and financial security.
