Job Description

A well-known and growing property management and real estate investment company is URGENTLY looking for a Front Office Receptionist to add to their growing department. Looking for someone that is people oriented, personable, excellent communication skills, and able to manage a busy front office. This company offers a ton of growth, cross training with various departments and stability for a career!

Qualified candidates MUST have:

  • Managing all incoming packages, sorting and distributing mail
  • At least one year of Receptionist or front office experience
  • Greeting guests, open and closing lobby and managing lobby traffic
  • Event planning
  • Great attitude, proactive and self-managed
  • Scanning and filing
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite - especially Outlook Calendar scheduling
  • Ordering daily office lunches
