Supply Chain Coordinator - Looking To Hire Asap

A growing and stable manufacturing and products distribution business to business company is URGENTLY looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to assist several departments with distribution needs.
This is a casual, fast paced environment, with opportunities for growth and a chance to work with a thriving company. Training will be onsite and then a hybrid schedule - 2-3 days in their Long Beach office.
Qualified candidates MUST have:

• Must have excellent written skills and be able to draft professional emails
• Experience with managing and updating purchase orders
• SAP experience is a MUST, MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Coordinating freight claims, corresponding with warehouse on orders, manager discrepancies
• Self-managing, multi-task, managing priorities and able to work with multiple departments
• Working with several databases on updating orders, refunds, credits, and inventory
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
• Able to retain information and have confidence to ask questions
• Experience with trouble shooting supplier invoices and orders
