Role Overview

InStride is looking for a Learner Engagement Specialist to support marketing efforts for our corporate partners and their employees. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to roll up sleeves and work alongside a passionate team. This is an exciting growth opportunity to help InStride deliver its mission. This is a contract-to-hire position with 3 months of anticipated time as a contractor before moving to a full-time employee, given strong individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content production process, ensuring content is being developed, reviewed and delivered on time and with quality
• Coordinate content reviews, revisions and approvals with collaborators
• Collaborate closely with Learner Engagement Managers to execute high-quality campaigns that maximize engagement for a distinct portfolio of corporate partners
• Assist in the onboarding of new corporate & academic partners, as well as planning and execution of their engagement campaigns
• Proofread and edit content pieces for spelling, grammar and accuracy, and ensuring maintains brand voice and consistency
• Assist with copy creation of marketing collateral, email, landing pages and other content pieces
• Support the development of campaign and content briefs, assisting with data and research
• Assist with the planning and execution of virtual events and fulfillment and distribution of related collateral
• Work closely across the marketing team to support projects and campaigns

Ideal Profile

• Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling ROI, but also has a meaningful impact on society
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality
• 3+ years marketing, advertising, communications or similar experience
• Demonstrated passion for driving high-impact marketing activities in a high-energy, fast-paced organization
• High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a "no job too small" startup mentality
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a track record of successfully meeting deadlines
• Exposure to the functioning of higher education institutions through direct experience or affiliation with the education industry

Target base compensation amount for this role outlined below. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.

$18,720—$18,720 USD
