Job Description

We are currently looking for a Recruiting coordinator to join our fast-growing team and participate in facilitating the movement of candidates through the recruitment process. He/ She will play a key role in smoothing over any speed bumps in the hiring process.


This is a Full-time role and comes with great benefits. Candidates local to Northern Virginia is preferred, but remote option is available for the right candidate.

  • Minimum Education Required Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • Assist with setting up background check and drug test screening to ensure they are processed, and contingencies are lifted
  • Assist the recruiters to keep candidates warm by maintaining communication (via phone and email) and update them with the next steps in hiring process
  • Self-starter, attention to detail, proactive, focused and committed
  • Must be organized with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and balance multiple priorities to serve the team goals
  • Go Getter who is ready to step up and take initiatives
  • Assist with scheduling interviews
  • Supports continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Handle last minute schedule changes
  • Must be able to work collaboratively
  • Years of Experience 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience
  • Work closely with the recruitment team and other departments to provide coordination support for successful completion of all the professional and administrative tasks
  • Work on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain a smooth workflow pre and post hiring
  • Must have the ability to handle high stress environments and work efficiently and rapidly, adjusting to changing team’s needs under the pressure of meeting the deadlines
  • Participate in special projects as needed for assigned recruiting team

  • Proactively identify and resolve any roadblocks in ATS process
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Update and maintain the internal trackers
  • Ensure data accuracy within the HR and Application Tracking system
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Generate new and extension offer letters, track offer acceptances, ensure completion of application form and update the ATS throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with contract transitions and changes to be captured as needed
