Our team is seeking a self-driven and collaborative Research Project Coordinator (RPC) who will be responsible for collecting essential research data and documents and acting as lead for projects, as needed. The Research Project Coordinator is an individual contributor responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, execution, and review of sponsor and investigator-initiated clinical studies.

**This is an office-based position. (Non-Remote)**

A Research Coordinator at Insight Therapeutics has a variety of duties that include but are not limited to:

• Collect essential research data and documents as outlined in the study protocol.
• Participating in team and site training
• Preparing, managing, and organizing internal and external communications with research sites
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts at sites
• Assisting with planning and execution of site recruitment and patient enrollment
• Serving as a resource to other study staff on study conduct, documentation, communication, and regulatory compliance

Skills needed to succeed in this role include:

• Strong ability to organize, plan, and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow-through
• Demonstrate an understanding of applicable policies and procedures
• Maintain conditions that ensure a healthy and safe working environment
• Experience working both in a team environment as well as independently
• Understanding of electronic medical records
• Advanced Microsoft Office program skills are required for this position. Mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Take ownership and hold themselves and others accountable for delivering results that matter
• Confidence to interact with providers, operational teams, and clients

Requirements

• 2 years working in healthcare or other health science-related environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• B.S. in the Health Sciences or Public Health
• Preferred: M.S. in the Life Sciences or Public Health, Clinical Research
