The Role
Are you ready to join our dynamic Recruiting Team? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help us deliver an exceptional interview experience to our extraordinary candidates. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication throughout the entire interview process.
What you'll do:

• Handle last-minute scheduling changes quickly and efficiently
• Ensure smooth transitions and timely scheduling throughout the interview process
• Foster effective communication between candidates, interviewers, and Hiring Managers
• Schedule on-site and remote panel interviews seamlessly
• Coordinate travel arrangements for non-local candidates

Skills to be successful:

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Lever
• Quick problem-solving skills to tackle challenges on the go
• Previous recruiting coordinator or recruiting experience
• Proficient in using Google Workspace and collaboration tools
• Experience scheduling a high volume of meetings is essential
• Ability to be onsite minimum 4 days a week

Nice to have's:

• Experience in tech start ups

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
Pay Equity
Moxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements. We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience. Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change.
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
