Full Time Eligible 80 hours per paid period, Varied Hours. Varied Days or Nights. Weekends required. High school graduation or equivalent. Two years of related experience. Experience with kitchen equipment and different cuisines in high volume kitchens preferred. Food safety and sanitation knowledge required. excellent customer services skills. Under general supervision, prepares food items daily which are to be served or available in food lines to visitors and staff using specialized equipment. Maintains a clean and neat working environment. Communicates recipes and production problems to supervisors.
