Job Description

Looking to start a career in administrative services? Don't miss this opportunity. Fleming Electric, Inc. is looking for a File Clerk in their Bryant office. This is an entry level position with lots of potential for future growth.

Job Duties:

  • Daily mail pick up & drop off
  • Scanning paid vendor invoices & filing them by year & vendor
  • Scanning vendor invoices for billing department daily
  • Making sure file room stays neat & organized
  • Miscellaneous other administrative duties
  • Sorting & filing timesheets for billing department daily
  • Organizing & filing job files
