2+ years of customer service experience - hospitality preferred

Prior hospitality and call center work experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5+ years of direct people management experience

10+ years of relevant experience in an analytical function

Experience working with customer platforms and data tools (ex: UCM, Oracle Databases, Azure, Identity Graphing, Customer 360, Customer Pipelines, etc.)

Deep interest and aptitude in customer data, and applied knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to develop people, skills in coaching, mentoring, and teaching on the job

Provide guidance to the contract management and legal teams during contract negotiations.

Strong analytical, financial and accounting knowledge and practical experience/knowledge of ASC 606/ASC 340-40/IFRS 15 standards

Own SSP policy and manage SSP refresh analysis on a periodic basis

Assist in the review of revenue disclosures for external financial reporting, including assisting in ensuring compliance with GAAP reporting requirements

Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley requirements are met for relevant areas

Project Management Institute PMP certification, equivalent degree or accreditation desired.

Under direct supervision assists department/division management with the planning, implementation and monitoring of programs and projects.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills.

Advanced personal computer skills with MS Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint, PhotoShop, video editing.

Assist in the coordination and preparation of employee engagement events.

Strong communication (reading, writing, and oral) skills

One to two years previous experience in reservations or a related field
