Overview The Recognition Programs Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing recognition programs for employees. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Detailed Job Description The Recognition Programs Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing recognition programs for employees. This includes creating recognition programs, developing criteria for recognition, and managing the recognition process. The Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on recognition program results. The Coordinator will work closely with Human Resources, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that recognition programs are effective and meet the needs of the organization. The Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that recognition programs are cost-effective. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources or related field
