We are seeking a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- E-Filing a plus
- Perform all other office tasks
- Sort mail and scan into system
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Experience in a law firm is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
