Real Estate Assistant Jobs

We’re hiring a dedicated "in-person" real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as preparing comparable market analyses for homes and preparing daily list of leads for phoning and follow-up, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is self-motivated and highly detail-oriented. $40,000 - $85,000

• Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
• Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
• Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
• Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
• Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized

• Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
• Background in real estate is required for this position
• Either already has or is working towards real estate license
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
• Communicates well, both verbally and written
