The San Francisco Office of ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking an associate with broad based commercial real estate and transactional skills and experience to join their 3rd through 4th year class. Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, commercial contracts and secured lending transactions as well as general transactional experience is preferred. Applicants must be a member of the CA Bar. This is a great opportunity to join a large real estate and transactional practice in a rapidly expanding office.
