Job Duties

Responsible for the real estate management of all ambulatory clinics, administrative facilities, and other business units.

Will set and direct policies, procedures and strategy in developing, setting, and auditing consistent and standardized facilities operations across multiple clinical and business units while providing corporate support to Planning, Design and Construction.

Serves as consultant and/or subject-matter expert to assist in facilities related issues while developing and recommending programs to maximize the utilization of facility assets.

Negotiates and secures consolidation of services agreements and contracts for outsourced services.

Manages or supports construction and/or renovations and supports corporate real estate and facilities strategy, including support for space planning decisions.

Implement facilities management best practices across all locations to assure customer service, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies.

Reports to Vice President, Planning, Design & Construction to assure accountability to ongoing business, hospital, and ambulatory real estate operations.

Ideal Candidates

Ideal candidates will have healthcare experience. Lease administration is a must. Candidates should possess real estate development experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial facilities, leasing administration, or property management in a corporate atmosphere.
