The Real Estate Acquisition Specialist is an individual who thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, negotiation skills, and habits of a high-achieving Sales Manager who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, solving problems, and seeking win-win agreements.

We are looking for someone who is independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need to take initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team. This person must have a passion for sales.

$85,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Database management of prospects
• 100+ calls per day on warm leads. No cold calling
• Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners
• Convert leads to sales and contracts
• Analysis of investment opportunities
• Attend business meetings and training as required
• Maintain and exceed company quotas
• Daily reporting of sales activities
• Collaborate daily and establish new leads with the team

• Ability to work some nights and weekends
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
• Track record of success in sales
• Strong writing and verbal communication
• Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Passion for promoting culture and company values
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Good attendance record
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to succeed
