We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout a full-time real estate Disposition Manager. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals with other Real Estate Investors across the U.S. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business and we provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed. The ideal candidate is a talented sales manager who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented and knows how to build long-term relationships. This individual will take our dispositions department to the next level through the development of the role and internal processes. Compensation:$100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
- Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
- Market properties according to established procedures
- Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
- Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
- Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
- Assist Company with misc projects as needed
- Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with sales team
- Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
- Financially driven with a motive to earn
- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, land acquisition, or other real estate sales experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study preferred
- Exceptional in long term relationship building
- Smart and well presented
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
- Good communication skills
