Radiology Clinical Strategic Account Manager - West
Roles and Responsibilities for Radiology Clinical Strategic Account Manager - Remote Based Western Region:
- As a member of the Clinical Performance team will participate in pre sales to clearly identify/state customer goals, champions, and stakeholders, KPIs, prioritize project goals and set expectations with customers.
- Works within defined Strategic Accounts as defined in the segmentation model. Will support approximately (5) Strategic Accounts and their respective child locations.
- Conducts pre sales assessments as needed to support the sales team to understand customer objectives earlier in the sales process and to highlight areas of opportunity with the customer.
- Assist PSR & SAM team in the determination of product and hardware requirements for quoting purposes.
- Conduct, document and review current workflow leveraging deep clinical understanding of customer environment to recommend best practices.
- Identify opportunities for Bayer to partner with clients across clinical, financial, and operational platforms.
- Maintain communication with customer and other team members to ensure deliverables and desired outcomes are on track and expectations are clear. Facilitate answers to technical and clinical customer questions, identify resources to assist as needed.
- Ability to create clinical business outcomes and track key milestones and drive dates for completion.
- Perform customer stakeholder mapping, explore customer s desired outcome objectives, collaborate with key customer stakeholders to create success plans, champion executive business reviews and routine success.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Bachelor s degree or Associate Degree and/or 10 years as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Minimum three years experience in radiology imaging clinical workflow experience.
- Strong skills using Microsoft and Office Professional components.
- Exposure and experience providing consultative solutions to customers. Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel 50 70%
Preferred Characteristics:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to take technical data and effectively communicate and tailor the message based on customer audience.
- Proven ability to effectively consult with customers to help them understand and adopt recommended/best practice workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of clinical and technical customers resources.
- Previous experience on influencing workflow changes and securing buy in.
- Previous experience on working with large complex project implementations.
- Exceptional organizational, assessment and planning skills. Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Demonstrated resiliency and experience managing difficult challenging conversations
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $105,000 to $150,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
