Account Coordinator/Manager, Clinical Research

Role And Responsibilities

• Works proactively to accomplish all tasks and address departmental gaps
• Performs communication cadences on time with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Acts on behalf of sites to sponsors to ensure consideration for feasibility and award
• Must be able to work independently on tasks while supporting the company vision
• Works on client clinical trial pipeline to secure study award
• Persists to locate appropriate contacts for trial updates and outreach
• Demonstrates basic understanding of clinical research
• Identifies new trials, sponsors, and opportunities to the company pipeline/database
• Maintains responsiveness to client and sponsor communications and resolve queries within an urgent and timely manner
• Completes multiple competing tasks in expected timelines
• Communicates study updates to sites and other staff members
• Assists sites in outlined study start up activities
• Consistently pushes trials up in outreach level to meet required KPIs
