Public Relations (Pr) Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

The PR Assistant will support our PR/Influencer Marketing Manager, Michelle, in executing effective public relations strategies, influencer collaborations, and media outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a database of media and influencer contacts.
• Assist in researching and identifying potential media and influencer partnerships.
• Support Michelle with administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating event logistics.
• Respond to PR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Help draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR-related materials.
• Monitor media coverage and create reports to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with PR software and tools is a plus.
