3-5 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Influencer Marketing

Luxury, Beauty, and/or Health & Wellness experience preferred

Experience in international shipping, import/export, flow management

Support the control of arrivals (Deadline of custom clearances, content, manage delays, logistics support) and communicate these with respective teams

Manage the end of life of products: shipment to Paris, recycling, gifting, etc … & implement follow up chart

Digital Skills – tracking, PowerPoint and Excel

Assist the International Press department with sample send-outs and returns from shoots, ad campaigns, etc.

Track imports and exports and shipping of samples lent by showrooms worldwide and edit reports

Manage PR department calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Main Accountabilities/objective Of The Position

Ensure Cartier is held to the highest standards & brand positioning across all PR activities for North America (NA).

PR lead for all topics surrounding international photoshoots and all the logistics it involves.

Develop and maintain working relationships with editors, e-influencers, agents, key stakeholders and vendors in the luxury, fashion & trade spaces.

● Possess good verbal skills and written abilities

● Highly proficient in time management and communication

● Must have at least 1 year experience interning in communications or public relations

● Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have basic computer skills
