Our goal is to train the next generation of management while focusing on collaboration, creativity, entrepreneurial and community spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to move into Management within 2-4 weeks
• Learn to coach and mentor team members
• Develop the skill set of a Professional Fundraiser
• Learn to build & maintain relationships with the community to further assist our fundraising endeavors
• Willing to learn how to conduct professional interviews

Minimum Requirements:

• Good Sense of Humor

• Professionalism and politeness when representing non-profit brand
