Project Manager- Texas Territory

The time is now! We have growth opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager!
The great news is that we are growing! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team. In this role the PM will perform all general project management duties supporting projects in Texas.
What does the position do?
A Typical Day Will Consist Of The Following

• Identifying and resolving problems and conflicts early by utilizing specific controls established in the QCP.
• Leading the company Quality Control (QC) Program for designated area.
• Writing and execute subcontracts and the scope of work, scope and price construction change orders while managing schedules, close outs, and job costs.
• Effectively Conduct Owners meeting to ensure there is a complete understanding of the project and any current issues or outstanding questions.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate subcontractor work to ensure the project schedule is met.
• Developing monthly progress reports to the customer and Monthly Risk Reports.
• Ensures all work is installed per the work plan document and that quality is met by utilizing the QCP.
• Leading our team through to understand private client and/or government documentation requirements.
• Performing timely inspections and uses the deficiency log to have a 0-punch list project.
• Managing the QC and Safety program.
• Understands construction sequencing Can conceptually build the project in its entirety and then go out and do it.
• Leading and guiding their team through all safety protocols.
• Managing the submittal process.
• Preparing budgets and understands the “Blue folder” process.

What will top candidates bring to the table?

• PMs must have current CoE CQM Certification, OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR / AED.
• Top candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong technical skills and computer skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
• We expect our Managers to have a natural desire to coach and mentor their teams.
