As a Restaurant Manager, Your Responsibilities Would Include

Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline

Manage food, supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory

Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire Hourly employees

Driving sales, steps of service and guest satisfaction

Providing, directing and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training

As a Service Manager, Your Responsibilities Would Include

Golf equipment sales / Golf Customer Service experience required

Knowledge of the game of golf and golf equipment

Provide leadership and direction to the operation managers and supervisors to ensure a high-class operations and support team.

Experience in oil & gas, compression, or transportation logistics would be an advantage.

Territory: North Texas / East Texas & Oklahoma (Dallas, Waco, El Paso, Lubbock, Tyler)

Responsible for managing the distributor relationships (Glazer's Beer & Beverage, Great Plains Distributors, Reeds Beverages etc.)

Leading our team through to understand private client and/or government documentation requirements.

Manage subcontractors and coordinate subcontractor work to ensure the project schedule is met.

Top candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

PMs must have current CoE CQM Certification, OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR / AED.

Strong technical skills and computer skills are necessary to be successful in this role.

Previous experience as a server, busser, or other waitstaff desired.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Take drink and additional menu item orders, providing prompt service

Ensure timely refills and assist with table bussing

Maintain a clean and organized server station

5+ years of experience in a multi-unit manager or area manager position required

Train, coach, supervise and provide support to assigned General Managers and Store Leads to achieve store metrics

Assist in monitoring overall customer experience

Assume leadership role in stores where a manager or lead is not present

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ensure successful rollout of new products, systems, practices and policies

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or process improvement management.

Knowledge of project management principles and practices

Preferred experience with Office of State Superintendent of Education’s Orchard system

Demonstrated facilitation skills in leading a group to prioritize and identify necessity.

Preferred experience with Federal Food.

Organize and manage assigned tasks.

1 year people management experience (including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable to performance expectations)

Experience: 2 years retail or sales specific management experience

Manage and direct in-store team members to ensure optimal guest experience that values guests’ time and supports store operations.

Change Management Leadership: Leads others through change processes and uncertainty

Manage sell-through by monitoring product levels, ensuring accuracy of inventory counts, and organizing product deliveries in line with visual merchandising strategy.

Manage whole store profit and loss (P&L) in accordance with goals (sales, budget, etc.).

Strong P&L and budget management experience
