Job Description

Job Title: Brand Experience Specialist, Texas

Function: Marketing

Experience: Mid-Level

Location: Texas (Dallas, Houston, or Austin)

We are looking for a passionate Brand Experience Specialist to join the Experience team in the Texas market. The BES will lead the planning and execution of all local events which include but are not limited to; consumer-facing, clients, press & media, and or trade events. The Brand Experience Specialist will bring to life our brand essence through compelling storytelling and by creating exceptional experiences from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Execute events including (but not limited to);
  • Effectively manage event budgets in an organized manner.
  • Nonprofit Events (Ad-Hoc)
  • Collaboratively work with client development and CRM to recruit locally and drive potential clients to visit our destinations.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and identify which meet our brand guidelines.
  • Actively seek out brand partnerships with like-minded luxury brands that align with our values.

  • Brand Partnerships
  • Trade Partnerships
  • Manage internal event requests and event data within our experience portal.
  • Internal Company Events
  • Maintain consistent communication with the local sales team to identify key account opportunities. Be a supportive tool for activations with trade.
  • Help in the creation and implementation of brand programs.
  • Create internal presentation decks tailored to specific audiences.
  • Win the hearts and minds of consumers with compelling storytelling about our brand during experiences.
  • Draft captivating and precise write-ups of events.
  • Ensure each event executed in the respective market meets production guidelines and is the best representation of Clase Azul Mexico.
  • Launch Events
  • Coordinate event logistics including (but not limited to) site visits, catering teams, vendors, payments, and external agencies or collaborators.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with luxury brands (spirits/hospitality industry is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Compelling storyteller.
  • Experience planning & executing events in designated markets.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

o Attention to detail and a creative mindset is a must.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

o Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in producing events.
  • Must be available to travel within designated territories (Texas & Mexico) on a frequent basis approximately 30% of the time.
  • Valid Passport required.
  • Ability to pick up and transport POS, event equipment, products.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Bilingual; English and Spanish speakers.
  • Ability to lift and carry weight in excess of 40 lbs.
