We're seeking an exceptionally online-savvy and an ambitious Project Manager & Research Specialist to drive the success of our Business Lending Blueprint Program. This multi-faceted role involves managing the program's operations, conducting in-depth industry research, developing educational materials, and coordinating with independent contractors and experts to ensure the quality and accuracy of our content.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the Business Lending Blueprint Program, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
2. Conduct thorough research on industry-relevant topics, including sales techniques, marketing strategies, emerging technologies such as AI, hiring best practices, paid and organic advertising.
3. Develop training materials based on your research, ensuring the content is engaging, accurate, and beneficial for our audience.
4. Research, interview, and hire independent contractors, experts, and designers to assist with content creation and program development.
5. Manage relationships with external contributors, ensuring deliverables meet our quality standards and deadlines.
6. Create presentation materials for our CEO to use in recording talks and presentations, ensuring clarity and effectiveness of content delivery.
7. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
8. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
9. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience in project management, ideally within the education or fintech sector.
3. Extensive experience in research and content development, with a focus on the business lending industry.
4. Experience in hiring and managing independent contractors and experts.
5. Exceptional online research skills and technological savviness.
6. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
9. Proficiency in project management software and content creation tools.

Location:

• This is a 100% remote position.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, W-2 position.

Salary Range and Benefits:

• Salary is ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 based on qualifications and experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package including full health benefits, life insurance, 401k, dental, medical, and vision coverage.
• Salary is an hourly rate plus company bonuses on company wide quota performance.
