Clinical Supply Project Manager

Fortune 100 pharmaceutical client is looking for a strong Clinical Supply Project Manager. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end process of clinical supplies. The lead oversees all outsourcing processes, timelines, and milestones are met at the vendor sites. This consultant will be the escalation point of contact for the cross functional teams, ensuring all quality issues are investigated and documented.

QUALIFICATION SUMMARY

· Extensive experience with Clinical Supplies: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Clinical Supplies such as clinical kids, repair kids, clinical bottles, and inhalers. They would need to understand the complexities of outsourcing and vendors – using knowledge of design, labeling and packaging to execute clinical demands.

· Strong Project Management: The ideal candidate will have strong project management – experience handing strategy, timelines, budget, deliverables etc. Ensuring budget and payment responsibility. – provide feedback on spending vs budget, assist in budgeting work with management to align.

· Previous Pharma experience: Ideally this individual will have experience with QI, CAPA, and CC process. EU market Focus.

· Strong Communication: The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication.

· No Ego/Team Player: This role will require a mix of strategy and execution and it is important for this consultant to be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what needs to be done in order to accomplish the strategic objectives.

DELIVERABLES:

• Lead QI, CAPA and CC process for specific region(s). EU Market Focus

• Collaborate with outsourcing management to set the strategy for sites based on adherence to KPI’s etc.

• Collaborate with outsourcing management to determine sourcing capacity at specific sites.

• Responsible for ensuring all sites are validated for technical competencies, all component usage.

• Lead the assessment all new technologies that will be instituted at vendor sites.

• Provide options to the teams for new technologies and implementation of the technologies at the vendor sites.

• Initiate and oversee process improvement projects with external vendors:
