Moxie Institute is Hiring: Project Manager (Full-Time Remote)

- Manages an extremely active and dynamic calendar of events, planning and scheduling meetings, training, and video calls
- Assist with proposals, contracts, invoicing, reporting, analytics, and account management
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that support and assist employees to lead the organization effectively
- Maintain employee databases such as Hubspot CRM, Google Drive, Panda Docs, and Monday.com
- Oversee and support all business administrative duties, systems, and processes
- Provide other administrative support to employees as necessary, including doing research, creating spreadsheets, forecasting, drafting emails and communication, tracking the status of requests and responses, and attending to other details, as requested
- Handles client-facing communications to ensure we deliver exceptional Moxie service
- Coordinates logistics, travel, and materials for meetings and events
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate employees when needed
- HR responsibilities including compliance and onboarding
- Work with the Director of Training, CEO, President to refine company policies and procedures and maintain accurate record keeping and identify opportunities for process and systems improvement

- High level of interpersonal skills and emotional maturity
- Must be a self-starter, driven, and aligned with our mission and vision
- Computer literacy – High degree of proficiency with Microsoft, CRM Systems, Google Apps, Google Docs, Gmail, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture where team members work together collaboratively
- Impeccable attention to detail, strong prioritization and project management skills, and ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly
- Proven ability to connect with people using the telephone, email, and video conferencing platforms
- Must be able to work independently and proactively, synchronizing rapidly to anticipate business and operational needs.
- Requires flexibility and the ability to work after hours on occasion as the business and clients require
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- Must be able to set a professional tone and level of support that contributes to a positive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- 2-5 years of work experience in a project management/administrative/office management role

Full-time Remote Contract
Salary: $55,000.00 to $62,000.00 /year
