AECOM is seeking a Project Administrator/Project Manager Assistant to join our Environment Team. This is a remote based position.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).
+ May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
+ May orient, train, assign, and check the work of junior employees.
+ Provides administrative support to one or more project teams.
+ Prepares documentation based on input and direction from project manager(s).
+ Orders and maintains office and project supplies for production, performs document reproduction.
+ Supports meetings and prepares meeting minutes as needed.
+ Maintains and updates spreadsheets and other project data (e.g., project directory, multiple Outlook inboxes, tracking/coordination of deliverables).
+ Maintains organizational structure for project documents which may include hard copies, electronic files, and documents hosted on a cloud-based project management system.
+ Under general supervision, resolves most problems, but refers more complex issues to higher levels.
+ Corresponds directly with internal and external parties.
+ Uses Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.
+ Works under direct supervision.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ BA/BS Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/ or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience working in a consulting firm.
+ Highly organized and extreme attention to detail.
+ Ability to multi-task and works well under tight deadlines.
+ Demonstrated expert/advanced experience using Microsoft Outlook (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
+ Ability to work independently or as a team.

+ U.S Citizenship is required for this role.
+ Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $63,000.00 - $110,000.00.
