The Project Administrator supports the Honeywell Building Management Solutions operations for project and services team.

The Project Administrator supports the Honeywell Building Management Solutions operations for project and services team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Utilize productivity tools including Windows programs, intranet workflows, SAP, Cora PPM. and NEX/CPQ to manage and track documentation and approvals, create purchase requisitions, monitor reports, process new vendor set ups, bid deviation requests, Avetta processes, etc.
- Oversee the administrative responsibilities associated with contracts, subcontracts and customer required documentation
- Read, interpret, and/or create spreadsheets and other reports
- Understand contract requirements, execution, scopes of work, and terms and conditions
- Maintain independent work within an allocated time frame
- Have an understanding of the construction industry and processing, coordinating, and execution of contracts and subcontracts
- Work in a virtual setting via telephone, Teams, One Drive, internet, and email
- Coordinate with project managers and other professionals in finance, supply, contracts and administration on project execution
- Material orders support
- Expedited payment requests
- Manual check requests
- Submit documentation into customer portals when required
- Subcontractor payment inquiries
- GED/High School diploma
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Administrative Experience (3 years)
- SalesForce/Nex Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Time Management – able to meet tight deadlines
- Support team members as back up for absences
- Knowledge of SAP
- Nonexempt
