Job Description

Project Assistant/Administrator

Location: Austin – TX ( Remote)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Log information into Excel spreadsheets
  • Follow up with Freight liners on proof of delivery
  • Follow up on service calls with local branches, ensure deliveries and service calls are completed.
  • Claims and lookups
  • Assistant to all Project Managers – coast to coast, spanning all time zones.
  • This role will ship status reports to send to clients.
  • Communication with customers and other branches.


Some college, associates preferred

2+ years administrative experience.

One on one training with project managers


Details regarding this group:

Purchase large amounts of equipment and run large projects.

Sale is made, order the equipment from factory and getting it to the customer .

Once equipment is released, contact with customers with ship dates, check on schedules, delays, etc.

Send out weekly, daily ship status

Track down tax documents

Handling invoicing issues

Start up of equipment working with local offices for technical and warranty items or repairs once onsite.

Managing the entire project

Currently 18 project managers on the team. Each PM has their own customers.
