Program Manager - Virtual/Remote

Enumerate is looking for an experienced Program
Manager to join our team! In this new role, you will drive strategic initiatives that support our growth strategy and new product offerings with the goal of delivering a delightful customer experience and generating incremental revenue programs for our organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring consistency across processes, governance, project management, and communication efforts, while fostering a cohesive and high-performing work environment. This is a full-time, salaried position that reports directly to our General Manager of Product and Business Transformation. Salary range is $85,000-$100,000, depending on experience. Required: 5+ years of direct experience as a program manager leading cross functional, strategic projects Preferred: Experience in property management and/or property accounting will make you an outstanding candidate! Can manage at the tactical and strategic/executive level Problem solving, bringing unique ideas to the forefront to remove issues Communication champion, all levels across the organization Stakeholder management Identify needs across the organization to support our strategic goals Persuasive communication skills, both verbally and in writing Results-oriented professional; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings. Responsibilities What you’ll do
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the program level, providing insights and recommendations based on a deep understanding of the organization's objectives and market dynamics. Develop and execute program strategies that align with the organization's strategic objectives and drive business growth. Facilitate coordination and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of initiatives. Manage interdependencies between projects, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts or issues that may arise. Provide effective leadership and guidance to cross functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, communicating program progress, milestones, risks, and impact to ensure transparency and alignment. Collaborate with Finance around market opportunities, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, pricing and packaging to increase adoption of initiatives. Work closely with Product and Operations teams to understand customer feedback on product fit, ease of product use and overall adoption of product offerings.
