CarrierSupply Chainin Palm Beach Gardens is searching for aProgram Managertolead transformation and communicationefforts globally for all Supply Chain areas. This is the ideal opportunity to support and implement communication plans with respect to global transformation. Bring your experience in change management and communication strategies for a large multi-national corporate or environment to add value in our transformation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage training efforts i.e. provide input, document requirements, design and delivery of training programs
• Capture projects and implement change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
• Oversee the execution in accordance with project plans
• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
• Function as a program manager to support Supply Chain leaders in the execution and communication of strategic vision

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years plus experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
• 3 years plus experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Bachelor’s degree
