Coke Florida is looking for an Operations Manager - Commercial Operations, to work out of our Tampa Headquarters.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will support and execute the strategy for the Profit Growth Management and Planning team. The Operations Manager will spend periods of time rotating through the various key functions and areas of responsibility including but not limited to: Demand Planning, Supply and Production Planning, Field Logistics Planning, Profit Growth Management, Facility placements either distribution or production. As a team member within the Planning team, the Operations Manager will need to operate and embrace the team’s principles of:

• Enable execution of segmented customer and consumer service models with effective program design
• Create "one" consensus forecast, an agree upon single source of truth to which all are accountable
• Manage integrated business processes of planning to effectively deliver desired customer value propositions
• Allocate resources to optimize Coke Florida’s business outcomes, while managing trade-offs and investment decisions
• Profit Growth Management and Planning to support Coke Florida in making its next best decision with end to end thinking to deliver disciplined and sustained profitable growth

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional support by collaborating with other planning functions (lifecycle, bottler to bottler, deployment, production, transportation) as needed to enable an integrated planning activities and processes
• Development of business and operational knowledge through active engagement in the various areas for Field Logistics and Supply Planning such as: Demand Planning, Supply and Production Planning, Field Logistics Planning, Capacity Planning, Network Optimization
• Support all related integrated planning departments and or other assigned projects
• Be the project support for the various transformational initiatives that requires the integration of Enterprise Planning functions.
• Engage and provide support to Functional Leads to identify areas of opportunity in the processes and workflows that support the Profit Growth Management & Planning team.
• Responsible for executing strategies, creating solutions and improvements, assuring operational success for assigned activities

For This Role, You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree required preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering disciplines OR equivalent entrepreneurial business experience with proven business and people leadership
• Strong attention to detail and business processes improvement
• Evidence of progression in business or operational knowledge gained and applied
• Operational, entrepreneurial business experience required – minimum 3 years
• Must be willing to travel 10% to 20% of the time or as business requires
• Able to navigate through complex business processes with understanding of upstream and downstream implications
• Experience SAP APO highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
• Able to leverage and use toolsets such as SAP, JDA, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite
• Project management experience preferred
• Ability to solve complex problems through use of data, logic and analytical thinking
• Able to build relationships in all functions of the business to build one team culture
• Previous people management required
